目的探讨Livin、Caspase-3蛋白在不同胃病变组织中的表达,以及其二者之间的关系。方法选择就诊于哈里逊国际和平医院2013年3月—2014年3月确诊为慢性非萎缩性胃炎(chronic non atrophic gastritis)患者20例,慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)非肠化患者30例,CAG伴肠化患者30例,胃癌患者30例,其中低分化组10例,中分化组10例,高分化组10例为研究对象,Livin、Caspase-3蛋白应用免疫组织化学实验(IHC)检测。结果 Livin蛋白在慢性非萎缩性胃炎、CAG非肠化、CAG伴肠化、胃癌组织中阳性率分别为0、40.00%、43.33%、60.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),胃癌组织低、中、高分化三组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Caspase-3蛋白在慢性非萎缩性胃炎、CAG非肠化、CAG伴肠化、胃癌组织中阳性率分别为90.00%、53.33%、46.67%、30.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);在胃癌组织低、中、高分化三组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Livin、Caspase-3蛋白在不同胃病变组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.505,P<0.05);二者的表达与性别、年龄无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Livin可能与Caspase-3蛋白共同作用促进胃癌的发生、发展,Livin可做为独立的预后因素,并且有望成为早期胃癌的诊断标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 protein in different gastric tissues and the relationship between them. Methods Totally 20 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis who were diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) from March 2013 to March 2014 in Harrison International Peace Hospital were enrolled. 30 cases, CAG with intestinal metaplasia in 30 cases, gastric cancer in 30 cases, of which 10 cases of poorly differentiated group, moderately differentiated group of 10 cases, well-differentiated group of 10 cases as the object of study, Livin, Caspase-3 protein using immunohistochemistry experiments IHC) test. Results The positive rates of Livin protein in chronic non-atrophic gastritis, CAG non-intestinal, CAG with intestinal metaplasia and gastric cancer were 0,40.00%, 43.33% and 60.00%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.001) There were no significant differences among the three groups (P> 0.05). The positive rates of Caspase-3 protein in chronic non-atrophic gastritis, CAG non-intestinal, CAG with intestinal metaplasia and gastric cancer were (P <0.001). There was no significant difference in low, moderate and high differentiated gastric cancer among the three groups (P> 0.05). The expression of Livin There was a negative correlation between the expression of Caspase-3 protein and gastric dysplasia (r = -0.505, P <0.05). The expression of Caspase-3 was not related to sex and age (P> 0.05). Conclusion Livin may cooperate with Caspase-3 protein to promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Livin may be an independent prognostic factor and is expected to be a diagnostic marker for early gastric cancer.
