本文应用核素源激发X线多道能谱分析方法测定32例老年恶性肿瘤病人头发微量元素,同时与22例健康老年人的头发微量元素作比较,结果表明:肿瘤组发Cu明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。其中鳞癌发Zn明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。而腺癌等发Zn却高于对照组(P<0.01)。肿瘤组发Fe却明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组发Al、Se无明显差异(P>0.05)。另外,本文还观察了部分肿瘤患者术前、术后发Zn的变化,提示测定头发微量元素有助于老年肿瘤患者的诊断与疗效判定。
In this paper, radionuclide-source X-ray multichannel spectroscopy was applied to the determination of hair micronutrients in 32 elderly patients with malignant tumors, and compared with 22 healthy elderly hair micronutrients. The results showed that: Cu in the tumor group was significantly higher than the control Group (P < 0.01). Zn in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). However, Zn in adenocarcinoma was higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Fe in the tumor group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in Al and Se between the two groups (P>0.05). In addition, this article also observed the changes of Zn before and after surgery in some patients with tumors, suggesting that the determination of trace elements in hair is helpful for the diagnosis and efficacy determination of elderly patients with cancer.
