本文对比分析了法约尔和孔茨管理职能的异同和发展。二者都认为管理是一种过程。法约尔把管理职能划分为计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制;孔茨把管理职能划分为计划、组织、人事、指挥、控制。二者对管理职能的划分不尽相同,体现了在不同管理情境下对管理活动中不同要素的关注。孔茨在法约尔的基础上,对管理的各项职能都做出了进一步的详细论述。现在的人们根据当代管理活动的发展,把管理的职能合并为计划、组织、领导、控制四项。
This article compares and analyzes the similarities and differences and the development of Fayol and Konz management functions. Both think management is a process. Fayol divided the management function into planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling. Kantz divided management functions into planning, organization, personnel, command and control. The division of management functions between the two is not the same, reflecting the concern of different elements of management activities in different management situations. On the basis of Fayol, Krnz made further elaboration on the various functions of management. According to the development of contemporary management activities, people nowadays merge the management functions into four projects: planning, organizing, leading and controlling.
