目的分析重组人粒细胞-巨噬细胞刺激因子(rh GM-CSF)、纳米银对深Ⅱ°烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法选择Wistar大鼠90只建立深Ⅱ°烫伤模型,随机分为三组,每组30只。A组使用凡士林纱布覆盖,B组使用纳米银抗菌敷料覆盖,C组使用rh GM-CSF涂抹创面,观察创面愈合和炎症反应。结果 A组炎症反应最强烈、细菌计数最多、IL-2、IL-8水平最高,B组居中,C组最低;且B、C两组创面愈合率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于深II°烫伤而言,纳米银、rh GM-CSF均能够减轻炎症反应、促进创面愈合,且后者优势更为明显。
Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage stimulating factor (rh GM-CSF) and nanosilver on deep Ⅱ ° scald wound healing. Methods Ninety Wistar rats were selected to establish Deep Ⅱ scald model and were randomly divided into three groups of 30 rats. Group A was covered with Vaseline gauze, Group B was covered with nanometer silver antibacterial dressing, Group C was smeared with rh GM-CSF and wound healing and inflammation were observed. Results The group A had the strongest inflammatory response, the highest bacterial count, the highest IL-2 and IL-8 levels, the lowest in group B and the lowest in group C. The wound healing rates in group B and C were significantly higher than those in group A (P <0.05). Conclusion For deep II scald, both nano-silver and rh GM-CSF can reduce inflammation and promote wound healing, and the latter is more obvious.
