通过保密检查,我们发现一些党政机关和企事业单位,在公文管理方面还存在不少可能造成失密的缺陷,其主要表现在:1、起草阶段.目前,绝大多数单位的定密工作都已完成,但有部分单位是一定了事,没有按照《保密法》的规定,把本单位形成的国家秘密事项在有关范围内公布,致使本单位的文件起草人员还不了解本单位属于国家秘密的事项,因此没有认真执行保密工作制度.有的秘书在行文时,多处罗列不宜公开的各种数字和重要情况.在拟文稿纸上,没有设置密级项目;或只注明密级,却没有定密依据;或有密级而没有保密期限.2、印制阶段:印制密级文件时,打字室把关不严,无关人员进进出出.电脑打印的文件没有专用磁盘.到外单位打印的没有到保密工作部门办理准印手续,由保密工作部门指定的承揽
