在水产养殖中,微生态环境起着养殖生物排泄物及残饵的分解、转化、水质因子的调节与稳定等作用。它的正常与否决定着水质的优劣,进而影响养殖生物能否健康成长。我国的水产养殖多以静水为主,池塘老化严重,自净与调节能力较差,急需治理,这是预防病害的关键。目前,相对于物理和化学方法,应用微生物治理养殖水体已成为研究的热点。枯草芽孢杆菌分解、转化和适应能力强,对养殖生物和人体无害,因而目前被大量的用于水产养殖中。
In aquaculture, the micro-ecological environment plays a role in the decomposition and transformation of biological excrement and bait, and the regulation and stabilization of water quality factors. Its normal or not determines the quality of the water quality, thereby affecting the health of cultured organisms can grow. Most aquaculture in our country is dominated by still water, with serious aging of the ponds, poor self-purification and adjustment capacity, and urgent need of treatment. This is the key to disease prevention. At present, relative to the physical and chemical methods, the application of microorganisms to control aquaculture water has become a research hotspot. Bacillus subtilis decomposition, transformation and adaptability, harmless to aquaculture organisms and humans, which is now widely used in aquaculture.
