据《人民日报(海外版)》:人们说,全世界有海水的地方就有中国人,有中国人的地方就有生生不息的中国文化;而最能代表中国文化的,就是中国的饮食。中国饮食的科技文化源远流长,是一种千变万化博大精深的文化艺术。我出国半个世纪,游历了世界上的很多角落,我发现几乎没有一个角落没有中国饭馆,几乎没有一个外国人不喜欢中国饮食,有人开玩笑地说,饮食是中国的“秘密”武器,是经过人们的胃征服了全世界。
According to People’s Daily (Overseas Version): People say there is a Chinese where there is seawater in the world and a Chinese culture where there are Chinese people. The most representative of Chinese culture is the Chinese diet . The science and technology culture of Chinese diet has a long history and is an ever-changing and profound culture and art. I traveled abroad for half a century and traveled many corners of the world. I found that almost none of them had no Chinese restaurant. Almost none of the foreigners did not like the Chinese diet. Some people jokingly argue that the diet is China’s “secret” weapon, People’s stomach conquered the world.
