我校“微格教研”基本做法主要是通过在学校各学科备课组内,在组织教师们学习微格教研理论及相关教学理论的基础上,拟定立足课堂教学,从教师的基本教学技能、调控教学过程技能、与课堂教学相关的其他技能、不同课型模式探究、教师的听课、评课技能、科研技能等方面加以教研。以“解决问题”为出发点和归宿,以“微格教研”为基本形式,让每位教师能在教研中不断解决教学中的实际问题,发现自身在课堂教学中的优缺点。同时在“微格教研”活动过程中对教师的具体教学行为进行及时反馈与理论解释,扬长避短,最大限度的改善教育教学行为,逐步提高教学技能,不断提高教研水平,促进教师专业成长,实现课堂教学的高效。
