2008年1月至2010年6月我们采用双歧杆菌四联活菌和茵栀黄治疗母乳性黄疸372例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:本院儿科治疗母乳性黄疸672例,均符合《实用新生儿学》母乳性黄疸诊断标准[1],排除引起新生儿黄疸的败血症、窒息、头颅血肿等疾病。所有患儿均为纯母乳喂养。黄疸生后2～3d出现,持续20～40d不退。总胆
From January 2008 to June 2010, 372 cases of breast milk jaundice were treated with Bifidobacterium quadruliformis and Yinzhihuang, and the results were satisfactory.
