随着我国教育改革的不断深化,在职业院校中开展的人才培养教育,意在通过加强学校、企业间的合作,培养理论知识与实践能力均较强的高素质人才,这就是校企合作机制。在学生实践教学过程中,主要的方式是师傅带徒弟。但是在实际推行过程中,仍然存在着理论与实践相脱节、企业参与率低、校企合作不完善、政府支持力度不够等问题只有解决这些问题,完善管理制度,才能培养出高素质人才。
With the continuous deepening of education reform in our country, personnel training and education in vocational schools aims at cultivating high-quality talents with strong theoretical knowledge and practical ability by strengthening the cooperation among schools and enterprises. This is the cooperation between school and enterprises mechanism. In the process of teaching students practice, the main way is to train apprentices. However, in the process of actual implementation, there are still problems such as the disconnection between theory and practice, the low participation rate of enterprises, the imperfect cooperation between universities and enterprises and the insufficient government support. Only by solving these problems and perfecting the management system can talents with high quality be cultivated.
