焦虑是影响语言学习的一个重要情感因素。在英语学习者中,高职高专生是一个特别的人群,他们很容易产生英语学习焦虑。基于语言学习焦虑的理论基础,本文探索了引起高职高专学生英语学习焦虑的各种因素,包括自尊、过去的经历、交际畏惧、低期望等等。同时分析了焦虑与学生英语学习成就的关系。本文从教师、学生及师生关系三个方面提出了英语教学的有效对策来减轻高职高专英语学习者的焦虑。
Anxiety is an important emotional factor that affects language learning. Among the English learners, the higher vocational students are a special group of people who are prone to anxiety in English learning. Based on the theoretical basis of language learning anxiety, this paper explores various factors that cause English learning anxiety among students in higher vocational colleges, including self-esteem, past experiences, communication fears, low expectations and so on. At the same time, it analyzes the relationship between anxiety and students’ English learning achievement. This essay puts forward effective countermeasures of English teaching from the aspects of teachers, students and the relationship between teachers and students to alleviate the anxiety of English learners in higher vocational colleges.
