Since the reform and opening-up of China, the country has been on the road of developing itsown rule-of-law regime. The bankruptcy law was also imported and refined in this process, and themain idea behind which has been transformed from the sole protection of the right of creditors, to amore balanced consideration of the interests of creditors, debtors and even the society as a whole.The efforts made by the country in terms of legal transplantation and importation could be positivelyreflected by the regulations on company resurrection in China's bankruptcy law.
