警务战术是以法律、政治、战略等为宏观指导,以心理学、战术学、谋略学为理论基础,指导带有对抗性质警务活动的行动方法和策略。国内的警务战术研究起始于上世纪90年代初,最初起源于军事教育学,后借鉴香港警务战术的理念和训练方法,现已回归到以国内的治安形势和执法状况为背景的独立研究阶段,由于警务战术这一学科的理论性与实践性有一定距离,很多民警认为警务战术意义不大或过于高端,本文综述了笔者个人学习警务战术以来对警务战术的理解和对警务战术如何应用的看法。
Police tactics are guided by the macro-laws of law, politics and strategy.
