目的探讨水表材质对生活饮用水水质的影响。方法按照《饮用水水表卫生安全评价规范(试行)》(2010)及GB/T 5750—2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》对送检的128件不同材质(铸铁小口径、铸铁大口径、铜、不锈钢、内衬涂层)的金属水表进行检测和评价。结果铸铁小口径表壳、铸铁大口径表壳、铜表壳、不锈钢表壳、内衬涂层表壳的合格率分别为75.0%(12/16),66.7%(12/18),69.0%(29/42),87.8%(36/41),81.8%(9/11)。主要超标指标的合格率依次为臭和味、钡(99.2%)>铝(98.4%)>镍(96.1%)>铁、锌(95.3%)>浑浊度(91.4%)>铅(85.2%)。结论本次调查的水表主要卫生问题是铸铁壳水表和铜表壳水表浸泡液铅超标。
Objective To investigate the effect of water meter material on the quality of drinking water. Methods A total of 128 pieces of different materials (small diameter of cast iron, large diameter of cast iron, copper , Stainless steel, lined with) metal water meter for testing and evaluation. Results The pass rates of cast iron small diameter case, cast iron large diameter case, copper case, stainless steel case and lined case were 75.0% (12/16), 66.7% (12/18), 69.0% (29/42), 87.8% (36/41), 81.8% (9/11). The passing rates of the main indicators of over-standard were: stink and taste, barium (99.2%)> aluminum (98.4%)> nickel (96.1%)> iron and zinc 95.3%> turbidity 91.4%> lead 85.2% . Conclusion The main health problems of the water meter in this survey are the excessive lead in the cast iron shell water meter and the copper watch water meter immersion liquid.
