目前我国高职院校大力推行现代学徒制,对教师职业能力提出了新的要求。通过调研和分析现代学徒制视野下高职教师职业能力发展现状,从教师自身和学校两方面探究影响教师职业能力提高的因素,最后提出符合当下要求的教师职业能力提高的策略和建议。
At present, China’s vocational colleges vigorously promote the modern apprenticeship, put forward new requirements for the professional ability of teachers. By investigating and analyzing the current situation of professional ability development of vocational teachers in the modern apprenticeship system, this paper explores the factors that affect the improvement of teachers’ professional competence from both teachers’ own and school’s perspectives. Finally, it puts forward strategies and suggestions on how teachers’ professional competence can meet the current requirements.
