本文全面地分析了PF/DMSO体系纺制的纤维的结构与性能。发现该种纤维具有结晶度高,取问度高及易原纤化,且原纤的排列方向与纤维轴平行等特点,导致该纤维具有高模量、强耐碱性和较低延伸度,较低勾强等特性。本研究同时探讨了不同凝固浴纺出的纤维结构及性能的差异。初步试验表明,H_2O—NH_3—DMSO凝固休系纺制的纤维的结晶度,结晶尺寸有所降低,纤维的延伸度和勾强相应提高,值得进一步研究和探讨。
This paper comprehensively analyzed the structure and properties of the fibers spun by PF / DMSO system. It is found that this kind of fiber has the characteristics of high crystallinity, high degree of accessibility and easy fibrillation, and the arrangement direction of the fibrils is parallel to the fiber axis, resulting in the fiber having high modulus, strong alkali resistance and low elongation, Lower hook and other characteristics. In this study, we also discussed the differences in the structure and properties of fibers spun out from different coagulation baths. Preliminary experiments showed that the crystallinity and the crystallite size of the fibers coagulated by H_2O-NH_3-DMSO coagulation system decreased, and the elongation and hook strength of the fibers increased accordingly, which deserved to be further studied and discussed.
