平台是一个双边市场,具有许多与传统单边市场相区别的特性,本文首先通过对文献的梳理,指出平台具有的典型特征。随后,从平台的价值创造、平台的盈利模式、平台的竞争模式、平台的营销推广、顾客关系界面及伙伴网络6个方面对阿里巴巴平台的商务模式进行分析,通过对这6个方面的分析,为其他试图向平台转型的企业提供几点建议。
Platform is a bilateral market, with many characteristics that are different from the traditional unilateral market. This paper first points out the typical features of the platform through the literature review. Subsequently, this paper analyzes the business model of Alibaba platform from six aspects: the value creation of the platform, the profit model of the platform, the competition mode of the platform, the marketing of the platform, the customer relationship interface and the partner network. Through the analysis of these six aspects , For some other companies trying to transition to the platform to provide a few suggestions.
