七十年代末,我国从日本引进了全套的水稻工厂化育秧设备,经多年试验消化吸收,国产的水稻机械化育秧设备目前已定型投产,并正在推广应用。人们对该育秧设备的优越性已相信无疑。但是,秧苗生长环境的控制技术尚较落后,鉴于目前国内还未见应用微型电子计算机控制水稻育秧工厂的报道,为了扩大微型机在农业中的应用,以充分发挥微型机控制技术具有的适应性强、控制精度高、速度快、功耗低而经济等优点,作者开展了水稻育秧工厂的微型计算机控制器的研究,利用单片机实现了育秧工厂育秧棚的自动控制,成本低廉,效果良好。本文报道水稻育秧工厂的微型计算机控制器的工作原理,硬件结构及软件设计。
In the late seventies, China imported a full set of rice plant breeding seedlings equipment from Japan. After years of experiments, it has been digested and absorbed. The domestically produced rice mechanical seedling raising equipment has been put into production and is being popularized and applied. People have no doubt about the superiority of the equipment for raising seedlings. However, the control of seedling growth environment is still lagging behind. In view of the fact that there is no report about the application of miniature computer controlled rice seedling plants in China at present, in order to expand the application of microcomputers in agriculture and give full play to the adaptability of microcomputer control technology Strong, high control accuracy, high speed, low power consumption and economy, the author carried out research on microcomputer controller of rice seedling plant, and realized the automatic control of seedling raising in seedling raising plant by using single chip microcomputer, with low cost and good effect. This paper reports the working principle, hardware structure and software design of the microcomputer controller in rice seedling raising factory.
