用分光光度法检测荷瘤小鼠在放疗同时吸入含１０．５％Ｏ２的混合气体后肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽（ＧＳＨ）含量变化。结果：放疗后第７、１４天低氧放疗组ＧＳＨ含量低于各实验对照组。认为低氧放疗对正常组织有保护作用。
The contents of hepatic reduced glutathione (GSH) in tumor-bearing mice were detected by spectrophotometry with inhalation of mixed gas containing 10.5% O2. Results: The GSH contents of hypoxia radiotherapy group on the 7th and 14th day after radiotherapy were lower than those of the experimental control group.
