成都百货大楼为一高度162.75m的超限高层建筑,塔楼与裙房连成整体且偏置于裙房一隅,塔楼采用框架-核心筒结构(核心筒偏置)。在相对核心筒偏置的另一侧外围框架柱间设置钢支撑,该支撑仅从裙房屋面起设置。针对超限特点介绍了结构方案决策过程、三水准抗震设计思路及具体分析方法,重点研究了塔楼偏置及塔楼核心筒偏置对结构的不利影响以及采取的相应加强措施。
Chengdu Department Store is a 162.75m high-rise high-rise building that is integrated with the podium and offset from the podium. The tower has a frame-core structure (core barrel offset).
