目的探讨血清CK-MB和cTnI与新生儿窒息程度的关系。方法对106例窒息新生儿于生后1 d及5 d后查CK-MB及CTnI水平。结果轻度和重度窒组生后1 d内CK-MB及cTnI检测值均明显高于对照组,重度窒息组又明显高于轻度窒息组;重度窒息组新生儿在治疗5 d后CK-MB、cTnI检测仍明显高于治疗前。结论血清CK-MB及心肌CTnI可为新生儿窒息的诊断、治疗及预后判断提供依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum CK-MB and cTnI and neonatal asphyxia. Methods The levels of CK-MB and CTnI in 106 neonates with asphyxia at 1 and 5 days after birth were examined. Results The levels of CK-MB and cTnI in mild and severe asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in control group and severe asphyxia group was significantly higher than those in mild asphyxia group MB, cTnI test was still significantly higher than before treatment. Conclusion Serum CK-MB and myocardial CTnI may provide the basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of neonatal asphyxia.
