随着水产养殖集约化程度的提高,虾类、贝类和鱼类养殖业受到病原微生物的严重影响。因此如何快速准确预测和诊断水产动植物疾病,就成为当前水产养殖业十分重要而突出的问题。随着分子生物学技术的发展,以核酸杂交、PCR、DNA指纹和16SrRNA检测等为代表的分子生物学技术在水产养殖病原体检测中已有大量应用并显示出巨大的应用前景。
As aquaculture intensification has intensified, shrimp, shellfish and fish farming have been severely affected by pathogenic microorganisms. Therefore, how to quickly and accurately predict and diagnose diseases of aquatic animals and plants has become a very important and prominent issue in aquaculture. With the development of molecular biology techniques, molecular biology techniques represented by nucleic acid hybridization, PCR, DNA fingerprinting and 16S rRNA detection have been widely used in the detection of aquaculture pathogens and have shown great application prospects.
