目的:观察动物皮肤接触藜芦猪油脂涂剂的急性毒性及皮肤过敏反应,为临床用药安全提供实验依据。方法:采用动物皮肤过敏试验、皮肤急性毒性试验对藜芦猪油脂制剂进行安全性评价。结果:未见动物发生红斑、水肿等过敏反应及急性毒性反应发生。结论:实验结果表明,藜芦猪油涂剂无过敏性,毒性小,具有良好的皮肤用药安全性。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the acute toxicity and skin allergic reaction of animal skin exposed to veratrol pig oil paints, providing experimental evidence for clinical drug safety. Methods: Animal skin allergy test and acute skin toxicity test were used to evaluate the safety of veratrole fats. Results: No animal erythema, edema and other allergic reactions and acute toxicity occurred. Conclusion: The experimental results show that veratrole oil paint is non-allergic, less toxic and has good skin drug safety.
