选取2014年2月~2015年2月本院各类细菌检验标本1500份作为对照组,另选取细菌检验标本检测管理规范实施后2015年3月~2016年3月本院各类细菌检验标本1500份作为观察组,比较分析两组细菌检验标本的检验合格率及其不合格因素。观察组各样本检测合格率均高于对照组,组间差异在统计学上无意义(P>0.05);无论是对照组还是观察组污染均是导致不合格检验的主要因素,所占比率明显高于溶血等其他因素,差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。污染是导致细菌标本检验不合格的重要因素,因此对取样过程的严格控制是提高细菌标本检验效果的关键。
