Objective To investigate the related factors of fetus umbilical artery end-diastolic blood flow (AEDV) and its impact on perinatal outcome. Methods Fetal cord blood flow monitor was used to detect fetal umbilical artery blood flow and the clinical data of 29 patients with fetal umbilical artery end-diastolic blood flow loss (AEDV) were analyzed. Results All patients with AEDV were at high risk of pregnancy. There were 2 cases of fetal death in the perinatal period, 3 cases of stillbirth, 6 cases of perinatal death (19.3%), mild asphyxia in 11 cases and severe asphyxia in 3 cases (80.7% , Amniotic fluid changes in 16 cases, accounting for 55.2%. Conclusion Ultrasound Doppler provides a simple and effective method for clinical monitoring of fetus at high risk of pregnancy. S / D can effectively respond to intrauterine conditions. Once AEDV appears, it indicates that the fetus is in a high-risk state and should be terminated immediately to release the fetus Uterine adverse environment, ectopic treatment.
