1台配置CA6110/125ZW型柴油机的叉车,在柴油机怠速工况下,其同时进行起升、倾斜动作时容易熄火。根据液压系统原理可知,在正常工况下,要使该叉车液压系统同时进行起升、倾斜动作,需该系统中2个排量分别为50mL/r的齿轮泵合流。检测该柴油机,由其外特性曲线看出,其低怠速运转时转速段其扭矩明显不足。分析认为,由于柴油机怠速时扭矩不足,造成2个齿轮泵同时工作,从而导致柴油机熄火。为此,必须对液压系统中齿轮泵的工作状况进行控制。
