存在是天然之选2008年11月,广东开达玩具厂发生一宗劳资纠纷引起的群体事件,事件中约500多人聚集闹事,约有2000多人围观。现场警车1辆、开放式巡逻车4辆被打砸,厂办公室门窗玻璃、电脑等办公设备被打烂。事件导致5名员工人受伤,起因是工厂要辞退两批员工,其中大多工作满五年,厂方只答应给7年以上员工补偿1030元,7年以下的补偿770元。很多员工认为不公平,遂有员工与厂方谈判但未达成一致。
Existence is a Natural Choice In November 2008, a group event involving labor disputes in a toy factory opened in Guangdong came to an end. During the incident, about 500 people gathered in trouble and about 2,000 people watched the event. One police car on site and four open patrol cars were smashed.
