脑出血引起单一的中枢性面神经麻痹(中枢性面瘫)临床上较少见,现报道2例:例2,男,55岁。患高血压病5年。2天前洗漱时,口不能含漱,水自左口角流出,口向右歪斜,并觉头痛,无呕吐及肢体麻木。门诊以周围性面神经麻痹收住。检查:神志清,言语正常,Bp23.9/13.3kPa,左鼻唇沟变浅,口角歪向右侧,闭目及皱额正常。其它颅神经、感觉、四肢运动及反射等无阳性体征。血常规、血脂、血糖及肝肾功等检验均正常。心电图报告左室高电压,头颅CT示右侧内囊后肢一高密度小出血灶,出血量2ml,周围为轻微低密度水肿带。经治疗1月复查CT,病灶区小血肿已吸收,痊愈出院。

ECG report of left ventricular high voltage, cranial CT showed a high-density small hemorrhage within the right hind limb, hemorrhage volume 2ml, surrounded by a slight low-density edema zone. After treatment in January review CT, small hematoma lesions have been absorbed, discharged.
