实行改革开放,商品经济的发展,对如何了解消费者欲望、需要、动向及其爱好,为制订产品决策和经营决策提供科学依据已成为政府部门、工商企业经营者所关心的课题,“市场分析”在财经管理院校的课程设置中也愈将占有重要的地位。因此,编写一本既从实际需要出发,又系统介绍市场分析方法的专著,已属当务之急。目前,有关市场分析的书籍,为数不多,且存在三个问题:多数书籍在介绍有关理论与方法时,把假设搞得过于简单,与实际情况相差较远,缺乏实践意义;有些则方法陈旧,没有反映近几年现代应用数学,特别是统计学研究的最新成果,不能充分利用调查所得数据的信息,还有一些是西方国家“市场分析”的中译本,它们往往涉及较多的数学方法,或以西方经济现实为背景,不适合我国国情,凡此种种都不能适应广大学生和经济工作者的要求。在这种情况下,我们高兴地看到了杭州商学院教授钱尚璋所著
