随着农网改造进一步深入,以及农电营销自动化程度的提高,卡表购电已无法适应“大营销”体系的发展要求。如何做好后卡表时代高压用户电费预收,提高风险可控率是县级供电企业亟需解决的问题。国网山东省电力公司平邑县供电公司(简称:国网平邑公司)结合工作实际,以白彦供电所为试点,通过开展高压计量装置改造,推广高压远程费控,电费风险可控率逐步提高,取得了较好的效果。
