目的:建立食品中钼含量的原子吸收光谱测定方法。方法:将食品样品经干灰化法消解或硝酸消化后,用石墨炉原子吸收直接测定。结果:方法的检出限为3μg/L,精密度为3.8%~6.0%,用国家标准物质杨树叶测定结果回收率干灰化法为94.5%,硝酸消化法为86.9%,曲线的线性范围在0~60μg/L之间。结论:该方法适用于食品中钼含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of molybdenum content in food by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The food samples were digested by dry ashing or nitric acid digestion, and then directly determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption. Results: The detection limit of the method was 3μg / L and the precision was 3.8% -6.0%. The recovery of the results of the determination of poplar leaf with national reference material was 94.5% by dry ashing method and 86.9% by nitric acid digestion method. The linear range Between 0 ~ 60μg / L. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of molybdenum content in food.
