成都市自来水六厂B厂是国内第一个BOT市政供水项目,包括80×104m3/d的取水工程、40×104m3/d的净水厂、140×104m3/d净水厂的排水总渠以及27 km长的输水管道。该厂采用MultifloTM高密度沉淀池工艺和高速砂滤池工艺,为应对水质污染、原水水质突变、设备故障、双电源停电、氯气泄漏以及其他不可抗力事件,从工艺设计、管理、运行上采取了多种有效措施,为安全持续生产提供了有力的保障。
Chengdu B Waterworks Plant B is the first BOT municipal water supply project in China, including 80 × 104m3 / d waterworks, 40 × 104m3 / d waterworks, 140 × 104m3 / d waterworks drains, and 27 km long water pipeline. The plant adopts MultifloTM high-density sedimentation tank technology and high-speed sand filter technology to take a great deal of technological design, management and operation in response to water quality pollution, sudden changes in raw water quality, equipment failure, double power supply blackouts, chlorine leaks and other force majeure events Effective measures to provide a strong guarantee for safe and sustainable production.
