目的:对药用植物铁皮石斛的挥发油化学成分进行定性定量分析。方法:采用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱(SPME-GC-MS)联用技术对铁皮石斛挥发性成分进行分析,利用面积归一化法测定各个成分的相对百分含量。结果:共分离出19个峰,结合保留指数和匹配度最后鉴定了其中的14种化合物,占挥发油总量的78.31%。铁皮石斛挥发油主要含烷烃类、醛类、酮类、烯烃类、醇类和酯类化合物,分别占挥发油总成分的28.57%、28.57%、14.29%、7.14%、7.14%和7.14%。其中的主要成分为反-2-辛烯醛(29.96%)、β-紫罗兰酮(15.78%)、芳樟醇(5.36%)、壬醛(4.39%)、β-环柠檬醛(3.40%)和正癸醛(3.14%)。结论:铁皮石斛挥发油含有多种生物活性物质,值得进一步开发利用。
Objective: To qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from medicinal plant Dendrobium candidum. Methods: The volatile components of Dendrobium candidum were analyzed by solid phase microextraction / gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS). The relative percentage of each component was determined by area normalization. Results: A total of 19 peaks were isolated. Fourteen compounds were identified with retention index and matching degree, accounting for 78.31% of the total volatile oil. The main volatile oils of Dendrobium officinale contain alkanes, aldehydes, ketones, olefins, alcohols and esters, accounting for 28.57%, 28.57%, 14.29%, 7.14%, 7.14% and 7.14% of the total volatile oil components, respectively. The major constituents are trans-2-octenal (29.96%), β-ionone (15.78%), linalool (5.36%), nonanal (4.39% And n-decanal (3.14%). Conclusion: Dendrobium officinale volatile oil contains a variety of bioactive substances, it is worth further development and utilization.
