汽车用先进高强钢MS1400以其低合金成分和超高的抗拉强度等优势,在汽车的生产制造领域具有很大的潜力,但由于其电阻点焊的焊接接头具有焊核小,易产生缩孔和裂纹,易飞溅,易界面剥离以及明显的软化区等局限性,限制了其在汽车制造方面的广泛应用。本文针对这一问题,通过调节电阻点焊工艺参数来进行试验,得到焊核内部无明显缩孔和裂纹的焊接接头,实现了钮扣拔出的断裂模式,获得了MS1400的较优的点焊工艺参数,并对焊点的金相组织、显微硬度和断口形貌进行了分析。
