培养企业后备干部既是一项长期战略任务,又是解决当前企业领导干部后继乏人的当务之急。我们要从八个途径入手,大力加强企业后备干部队伍建设。 1、提高认识、重视人才 认识是关键。事业兴衰在于人,对后备干部的培养必须引起高度重视。一是要有紧迫感。目前国有企业领导干部在质和量上都远远滞后于经济发展的需要,后继乏人已直接影响到领导班子建设和企业的发展;二是要有责任感。培养企业后备干部,不单是企业的工作,也不仅是某一部门的职责,而是全社会的共同责任,人人都应关心、支持和参予;三是要有使命感。培养后备干部是一项跨世纪的宏伟工程,是历史赋予我们的政治任务,必须抓紧抓好。
