目的 观察康宁口服液与放疗同时进行对中晚期食管癌的放疗增效作用。方法 1997年 3月至 1998年10月 ,采用随机分组对 46例中晚期食管癌进行放疗与康宁口服液同步治疗 (A组 ) ,并与 46例单纯放射治疗组 (B组 )的结果进行对比。结果 近期疗效 :A组有效率 93 .5 % ,B组有效率 78.3 %。两组比较有显著性差异。 1、2年生存率 ,康宁合并放疗组为 71.7%、60 .9% ,而单放组为 5 4.3 %、3 9.1%。结论 康宁口服液配合放射治疗食管癌可提高疗效并有放疗增敏作用
Objective To observe the effect of Corning oral solution and radiotherapy on the radiosensitivity of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods From March 1997 to October 1998, 46 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were treated with concurrent oral administration of Corning oral liquid (group A), and compared with 46 patients treated with radiotherapy alone (group B) . The results of the recent curative effect: A group of 93.5% efficiency, B group 78.3% efficiency. There were significant differences between the two groups. The 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 71.7% and 60.9% for Corning combined radiotherapy and 5.33% and 5.31% for radiotherapy. Conclusion Corning oral solution with radiation treatment of esophageal cancer can improve the efficacy and radiosensitivity
