痔是多发病,手术治痔已广为应用,其方法很多。我院1983～1986年与北京二龙路医院肛肠科协作,应用“结扎注射后位扩肛术”治疗痔426例,收到满意效果,现报告如下: 一、临床资料 426例中男性225例,女性201例。年龄最大者82岁,最小者8岁,以21～60岁年龄组为最多,占92％。病程最长36年,最短6个月。1～10年为最多,占70％。病种内痔61例,外痔26例,混合痔最多为339例。
Hemorrhoids is frequently-occurring disease, surgical treatment of hemorrhoids has been widely used, many ways. Our hospital from 1983 to 1986 and Beijing Erlonglu Hospital anorectal cooperation, application of “post-ligation augmentation anus anal” treatment of 426 cases of hemorrhoids, received satisfactory results, are as follows: First, the clinical data of 426 cases of male 225 cases , 201 cases of women. The oldest is 82 years old, the youngest is 8 years old, and the largest is 21 ~ 60 years old group, accounting for 92%. The longest course of 36 years, the shortest 6 months. 1 to 10 years for the most, accounting for 70%. 61 cases of internal hemorrhoids disease, 26 cases of external hemorrhoids, mixed hemorrhoids up to 339 cases.
