目前食管、贲门癌手术治疗中应用吻合器机械吻合食管、残胃在国内临床上已应用三十多年,技术日渐成熟。术后吻合口瘘及吻合口良性狭窄的发生率较手工吻合低。我院自1994年3月～2003年9月对201例食管、贲门癌手术行机械吻合,对吻合方法进行了改良,进一步降低了术后吻合口瘘、吻合口良性狭窄的发生率。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本组病例共201例。男性121例,女性80例。年龄最大者78岁,最小者37岁,平均年
