图书馆服务价值是对图书馆主客体相互关系的一种主体性描述。多元化纷呈主要是由于图书馆功能与主体多样化需求相契合所导致的,其实质就是多个重要的服务价值观并存,共同影响着人们对图书馆服务价值判断和选择。图书馆服务价值混乱反映出了图书馆服务价值的失序。整肃图书馆服务价值的混乱,重建图书馆服务价值的秩序,必须尊重图书馆服务存在的目的和理由。
Library service value is a subjective description of the interrelationship between the subject and the object of the library. The diversification is mainly due to the combination of library functions and the diversified needs of the main body. Its essence is the coexistence of a number of important service values that affect people’s judgments and choices about the value of library services. The confusion in the value of library services reflects the disorder of library service value. To purge the chaos of library service value and rebuild the order of library service value, we must respect the existence purpose and reason of library service.
