目的 掌握无偿献血工作中影响血液标本质量的因素 ,以便采取相应的措施 ,确保血液标本质量安全、可靠。方法 采集血液标本使用配有 7号针头的一次性 5ml注射器或配有 1 6号针头的一次性采血袋 ,盛装于内加 4 %EDTA钠抗凝剂 0 .2ml的一次性硬试管 ,放在试管架中 ,用贮运箱存放 ,汽车运回血站。从静脉选择、正确绑扎止血带、提高静脉穿刺技术、保持血流畅顺、抗凝剂与血液充分混合 ,避免昆虫、粉尘污染等方面 ,防止血液标本溶血、凝血 ;从避免洗板不洁或血液外溅等方面防止血液标本交叉污染 ,从保持适宜温度、湿度 ,防日照等方面防止血液标本发生理化反应。结果 在 1 5992 0份血液标本中 ,正常标本 1 59864份 ,占 99.96 % ;56份标本出现质量问题 ,占 0 .0 4 % ,其中出现凝固 2 5份 ,溶血 2 1份 ,错型 3份 ,假阳性结果 7份。结论 通过采取防溶血、凝血 ,防污染、防振、防晒、防高温等措施对血液标本从采集、运送到检测 ,做好质量控制 ,可以有效地保证血液标本质量安全、可靠。
Objective To understand the factors influencing the quality of blood samples in voluntary blood donation so as to take corresponding measures to ensure the quality of blood samples to be safe and reliable. Results Among 15,920 blood samples, 159,864 were normal samples, accounting for 99.96%; 56 samples were quality problems, accounting for 0. 04%, of which 25 were solidified, 21 were hemolysis, and 3 were misclassified , 7 false positives. Conclusion Blood samples collected, transported and tested by taking measures such as anti-hemolysis, coagulation, anti-pollution, anti-vibration, sun protection and anti-high temperature can be used to ensure the quality of blood samples safely and reliably.
