本期看点随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,人力资源管理在企业管理中的地位和作用日益增强,采用员工激励机制提高企业核心竞争力已成为当今企业的必要选择。企业只有制定并执行有效的员工激励机制,才能充分发挥员工的工作积极性和创造性,增强企业的竞争力,使企业立于不败之地。本期主要阐述企业应如何制定员工激励机制并随着环境的变化而调整,我们期望对相关行业人士有所帮助。
In this issue, with the acceleration of global economic integration, the position and role of human resource management in the management of enterprises has been increasingly strengthened. It has become a necessary choice for today’s enterprises to adopt employee incentive mechanisms to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Only when the company develops and implements an effective employee incentive mechanism can the employee’s work enthusiasm and creativity be fully exerted, and the competitiveness of the enterprise can be enhanced, so that the enterprise can remain invincible. This issue mainly describes how companies should formulate employee incentives and adjust to changes in the environment. We expect to be helpful to those involved in the industry.
