川东钻探公司在用F320—3DH钻机有32台,占钻机总数40台的80%。该型钻机除两台因于1985年下半年才投入使用而尚未进厂修理外,其余30台均多次进厂修理。在长期的修理实践中我们发现,这种钻机的转盘传动装置的轴和轴承,比功能相似的TF—38绞车,机房Ⅰ号传动装置的同类零件易于磨损,其修理概率分别为后二者的138.7%和170%,这种情况引起了我们的注意,因而特对其原因进行研究。
Chuandong drilling company in use F320-3DH drilling rig has 32, accounting for 80% of the total rig 40. In addition to the two-type rig because it was put into use in the second half of 1985 and not yet into the factory to repair, the remaining 30 were repeatedly into the plant repair. In the long-term repair practice, we found that the shaft and bearing of the rotary drive of this drilling rig are more prone to wear than similar TF-38 winches and engine room I transmission with the same repair probability as the latter two 138.7% and 170%, this situation has caught our attention, so special study of its causes.
