Researchers have found that the astronaut’s brain shape changes in space. Scientists at the University of Michigan conducted a functional magnetic resonance scan of the astronauts’ brain that recently worked on the ISS and found that gray matter was reduced in some areas of the brain and gray matter was increased in other areas.
