目的:对西双版纳分布较多的4种千斤拔及蔓性千斤拔的根进行显微结构比较。方法:采用显微鉴别的方法对5种千斤拔属植物根进行研究。结果:5种千斤拔属植物根的显微鉴别可从韧皮部中韧皮射线是否明显、韧皮纤维多少及形状、是否含有草酸钙方晶及石细胞;木质部可从导管旁边有无纤维、心材导管数量、木射线宽窄、薄壁细胞中内含物的多少来区分。粉末鉴定主要依据晶鞘纤维的有无、薄壁细胞中淀粉粒的有无及石细胞、草酸钙方晶的多少和有无等特征加以区别。结论:根的显微特征可以作为鉴定5种千斤拔属植物的参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the microstructures of the roots of the 4 kinds of caterpillars and trichomes distributed in Xishuangbanna. METHODS: The roots of five species of Tilia plants were studied by microscopic identification. Results: The microscopic identification of the roots of the five species of Tyrannicalia plants can be seen from the phloem where the phloem ray is obvious, the bast fiber number and shape, whether it contains calcium oxalate crystals and stone cells; the xylem can be from the catheter with or without fiber, heartwood The number of catheters, the width of the wooden ray, and the number of inclusions in the parenchyma were used to distinguish between them. Powder identification was mainly based on the presence or absence of crystal sheath fibers, the presence or absence of starch grains in parenchyma cells, and the number and presence or absence of stone cells and calcium oxalate crystals. Conclusion: The microscopic characteristics of roots can be used as a reference for the identification of five species of Tilia.
