常写日记可以锻炼并提高学生的语言表达能力,但我发现,学生不仅没有写日记的习惯,更缺乏兴趣。所以,如何激发学生写日记的兴趣至关重要。教师及时而恰切的评语不仅能给学生写法的指导,也能激发学生写日记的兴趣,从而提高学生的语言表达能力。有人说,学生根本不看教师的评语,即使看也是一眼扫过,几乎没有什么作用。其实不然,笔者在多年的实践研究中发现,学生还是喜欢并且急切地想看教师的评语,然而,一些教师的评语大多是干巴巴的技术性的语言,缺乏新意,缺乏与学生的沟通和交流,更缺乏指导与激励。笔者在实践探索中改变传统方式,采用五招及时对学生日记进行评价,激发学生写日记的兴趣,效果非常好。

Some people say that students do not see the teacher’s comments at all, even if they look at the sweeping, almost no effect. In fact, the author found in many years of practical research, students still like and urgently want to see the teacher’s comments, however, some teachers’ comments are mostly dry technical language, lack of new ideas, lack of communication and exchange with students, More lack of guidance and incentives. The author in the practice of exploration to change the traditional way, the use of five strokes in a timely manner to evaluate student diaries, inspire students to write diary, the effect is very good.
