为研究碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)对腐蚀防护的效果,采用实验室加速腐蚀的试验方法,利用人工海水对2种不同强度等级的CFRP混凝土小柱分别采用不同加固方案进行侵蚀,并对腐蚀后的试件进行抗压力学性能测试.采用强度及其退化率来考察腐蚀程度、混凝土强度等级及加固形式对试件抗压性能的影响.结果表明,CFRP具有良好的腐蚀防护效果,可改善试件力学性能,且加固方案对腐蚀防护具有一定的影响.
In order to study the effect of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) on corrosion protection, two kinds of CFRP concrete columns with different strength grades were respectively eroded by using artificial seawater under different accelerating corrosion test methods. The corroded The specimens were tested for their compressive mechanical properties.The influence of corrosion degree, concrete strength grade and reinforcement form on the compressive properties of the specimens was investigated by using the strength and its degradation rate.The results show that CFRP has good corrosion protection and can improve the specimen Mechanical properties, and reinforcement programs have a certain impact on corrosion protection.
