本文从医院外事工作的实操和经验等方面介绍了新疆某大型综合医院外事工作的重点。本文提出在实践中全方位考虑到医院制定的战略目标,还要综合考虑人才培养、项目管理等方面,这样才能使外事管理工作能够为医院提供优质服务。提供比较好的外事管理工作环境有利于医院能够进一步培养出更多的国际型人才,还能借鉴国外比较先进的医疗技术、教学方法与科研理念等,进一步提升医院的管理水平,以达到医院创造最大化的社会价值与经济效益。
This article introduces the key points of the foreign affairs work in a large general hospital in Xinjiang from the practical operation and experience of the hospital foreign affairs work. In this paper, we put forward that we should take all factors into account the strategic goals set by the hospital in practice, as well as comprehensive consideration of personnel training and project management so that the management of foreign affairs can provide excellent service to hospitals.
