目的:了解长春市社区已婚女性妇科体检相关知识、态度和行为的现状,并分析其影响因素,为医疗卫生保健部门开展预防和保健工作提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计问卷对长春市朝阳区360名已婚女性妇科体检知信行状况进行调查分析。结果:知识维度各条目均回答正确者仅占4.9%,知识维度总分与文化程度呈显著正相关关系(r=0.155,P<0.01);有意愿了解妇科体检相关知识的女性占89.1%,态度维度得分与年龄、文化程度、职业和经济状况显著相关;从未参加过妇科体检的女性占22.3%,行为维度得分与女性文化程度、职业和经济状况显著相关。结论:长春市社区已婚女性妇科体检相关知识水平普遍偏低,其对体检的态度较为积极,但体检行为较少。医疗卫生保健部门应进一步普及并深入妇科体检相关知识教育,以改善已婚女性妇科体检的知信行现状。 OBJECTIVE: To understand the current situation of knowledge, attitude and behavior of gynecological examination of married women in community of Changchun and to analyze its influencing factors so as to provide reference for prevention and health care in medical and health care departments. Methods: The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the status of 360 married women’s gynecological examination in Chaoyang District of Changchun. Results: Only 4.9% of the items in the knowledge dimension were correctly answered, and there was a significant positive correlation between the total score of knowledge dimension and the education level (r = 0.155, P <0.01). The number of women who wished to know about gynecological examination was 89.1% The scores of attitudinal dimensions were significantly related to age, education level, occupation and economic status. Women who never participated in gynecological examination accounted for 22.3%. The scores of behavioral dimensions were significantly related to women’s educational level, occupation and economic status. Conclusion: The level of knowledge about gynecological examination of married women in community is generally low in Changchun. The attitude toward physical examination is more positive, but the physical examination behavior is less. Medical and health care departments should further popularize and deepen the education of gynecological and physical examination-related knowledge so as to improve the status quo of knowledge and behavior of gynecological examination of married women.
