通过对国外知名服装院校产学教育状况的调研,并将其与国内服装院校进行对比研究,找到双方在课程设置和教学与产业链接上存在的区别,客观地分析了双方的利弊。同时,考虑到国内服装发展现状和企业的需求情况,以培养素质高、能力强的优秀人才为理念,从学生角度重新思考服装专业教学计划,提出:加强课程的专业性和实用性,将服装教育产学合作扩展到服装课程设计、毕业设计、实习就业等更广阔的领域,建立更加完善的操作与管理机制,提高企业与学校的紧密联系度和对服装教育的渗透程度。
Through the research on the status of production and education in well-known foreign fashion colleges and universities, this paper makes a comparative study with the domestic garment colleges to find out the differences between the two sides in the curriculum setting and the links between teaching and industry, and objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of both sides. At the same time, taking into account the status quo of domestic apparel and the needs of enterprises, in order to cultivate high-quality, capable and talented people as the concept of re-thinking from the perspective of the clothing professional teaching programs, proposed: to enhance the professionalism and practicality of the curriculum, The cooperation between education and industry in education expanded to a wider area such as garment course design, graduation design and internship and employment. A more complete operation and management mechanism was established to enhance the close connection between enterprises and schools and the penetration of apparel education.
