报告应用嗜碱细胞组胶释放试验（HRBT）对48例青霉素过敏症患者和32名健康对照者的检测结果。应用青霉素抗原所作HRBT结果与临床诊断（病史＋皮试）的符合率分别为91．7％和93．7％。提示HRBT是诊断青霉素过敏症的一项敏感、安全的方法。作者还比较了青霉菌和青霉素抗原之间的相关性。
Report application of basophilic gel release test (HRBT) 48 cases of penicillin allergy patients and 32 healthy controls the test results. The coincidence rates of HRBT results with penicillin antigen and clinical diagnosis (history + skin test) were 91.7% and 93.7%, respectively. Tip HRBT is a sensitive and safe method of diagnosing penicillin allergy. The authors also compared the correlation between penicillin and penicillin antigens.
